Initiate Your Request
Contact our client services team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, such as the laboratory grading report and your sales receipt.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid label to your shipping box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
