How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Since each piece is handcrafted in our New York studio, custom orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks for production. Once complete, we ship via insured overnight delivery.
What is your return policy for engagement rings?
We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund on most standard designs in original condition. Please note that custom-designed pieces and modified items are considered final sale.
Do you offer resizing services?
Yes, we provide one complimentary resizing for our engagement rings within the first year of purchase, provided the design allows for adjustment.
